Product Development Process

Our Product Development Process is a five-phase process to guide the assessment, development and production of clinical products and clinical test articles, from initial proposal to clinical use or commercialization. The intent of the PDP is to support the mission of MCT, provide effective product development, demonstrate integration of regulatory compliance throughout process development, incorporate customer input and evaluate customer satisfaction and to permit flexibility in the overall development process. Project management tools are utilized in the PDP to structure strategic goals, project milestones and to ensure effective communication and clear assignment of responsibility.
